Hi, I'm Britt Deitz, a certified indoor cycling & group fitness instructor. I offer daily workouts on and off the bike. Join me and our community as we work together to transform our health and fitness through my virtual live workout program.

About

I offer a variety of different classes each day including 30-minute spin class, 45-minute spin class, 60-minute spin class, and body strength and toning classes (off the bike).  I livestream my classes through Zoom app.  You can connect to Zoom with your own personal device like a phone, iPad, or laptop.  Some of my clients have figured out how to play classes on their TV through screen mirroring or the use of a cord.  I recommend listening to class with earbuds or connecting to a bluetooth speaker; that seems to work well for my members.    

The schedule and class times change weekly.  I announce/post the schedule on the weekends for the upcoming week.  I call it the "Schedule Drop!"  I will promote this on instagram and facebook each week to remind everyone to book their classes.

I encourage my members to book all of the classes that I offer each week, even if they can't make the live class times.  When you register for class, you will get a confirmation email with the link to join the live class time.  By registering for classes, you also automatically get access to the recordings.  That way, even if you can't attend the live time, you can do the replay of the workout at a time that is most convenient for you.  My Session webpage features a video library with recordings of all the classes you register for. 

I offer a monthly subscription of $35 for unlimited access to live classes and recordings.  I also offer a single drop-in class option for $8/class. The classes are available on recording for 7 days after purchasing a single drop-in session.  Please feel free to take advantage of my free trial too.  The first class you book from each different format that I offer is free! :o)

Lastly, I invite you to join my private Facebook group page!  We have built a strong, positive, supportive, and funny online community.  I know everyone has different comfort-levels in terms of their "social media presence," but I encourage you to try to get into following, posting, engaging, and/or interacting on the page.
