Class: Loaded Movement Training with Benjamin Hodson
After enjoying HIIT classes too much, I aggravated an old foot injury and had to stop. Luckily, Ben now introduced a LMT class which is still a great full body workout but with a low impact, a perfect solution for people with injuries or if you are not much into running or jumping.

Simply AWESOME WORKOUTS every week!!...never fail me! Always challenging me, pushing me all they way... feel super strong after these classes! 💪🏽 Best 45mins of my day!! 😅 Ben choreographs the classes so well we get an all over body work out, it's brilliant! I dial in for these classes from Singapore! Sync up to the 7pm (UK time classes) works perfectly for me! Never turning back! Roll on next workout! 👍🏽
