Driven by 23 years experience in the fitness industry working with athletes through to celebrities, we have the answers.

Our specially programmed HIIT and Loaded Movement Training coupled with our innovative Yoga, Pilates and ROM stretch offerings will certainly hit the spot. 

Our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes tick all the boxes with the perfect fusion of power and endurance training, optimising gains in functional movement, aerobic fitness, strength and calorie burn. 

Loaded Movement Training (LMT) bridges the gap between strength training and movement training for total body integration, maximising results. 

Following a progression from bodyweight HIIT, LMT takes functional training to the next level, adding load to maximise metabolic stimulation and after burn!

Our Yoga and Pilates offerings add a quintessential mix of balanced, controlled total body movements to enhance core stability, postural alignment and flexibility.

To compliment the whole program, our ROM stretch classes will stretch and lengthen every muscle, tendon and ligament through full ‘range of motion’, to leave you mobilised, pain free and relaxed.

The pace has picked up and is more intensive... just like I expected of Ben. Loved it, and looking forward to some more ‘no pain, no gain’ sessions. Thank you Ben for getting me motivated once again!!!

I have come across Benjamin’s classes during the lockdown and will never look back. Not only made he these 45min of pretty bloody hard work enjoyable but you could absolutely see the results after few weeks. And you don’t need any equipment, just your body! Thank you Benjamin 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

I really rate Ben’s classes. I’ve been doing Hiit and circuits on and off for a long time and Ben always seems to find that sweet spot where you can do the exercises....just! There is variety from session to session too and he is a great motivator. He knows how to find your edge and makes everything doable and enjoyable. He’s conscious of range of peoples ability and is inclusive and friendly. I’m new to online HiiT but have been converted. All I can say is ‘Keep up the good work Ben’, I am a teacher after all...

Ben's boot camp sessions are great. He packs lots of different exercises into each session, and the sessions always vary. But they are always very hard work, leaving you feeling like you just completed a marathon afterwards!! He's a good motivator as well, making you feel like you don't want to give up however painful it is

Cancel before your scheduled class start time, receive a full refund.
No refunds if you cancel a booking after the scheduled class start time.
Recordings
Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
