Boot Camp workouts are intentionally designed to build strength and endurance and will leave you feeling stronger, confident and connected.

You will be coached through a dynamic warm up followed by an activation interval set. The main workout varies each class and combines body weight movements, dumbbells, endurance and cardio. Every class ends with stretching and virtual high fives!

I will coach you through each move, encourage you as you work and provide modifications for all movements as needed.

Equipment needed:
Water
Mat
Weights- Dumbbells varied from 8-25 lbs. We can make what you have work!
Bench or chair

This class is exactly what I need right now! It's tough but there are plenty of low impact movement options to keep you safe from injury! Perfect for my tight muscles. Creative workouts using minimal equipment! Allison is motivating and supportive! Awesome!!

Even though I felt a little drained from going on a personal run before the class, Allison always keeps me engaged with new and exciting work outs! Her encouragement and advice throughout the class are invaluable as well!

First time going solo and it was excellent. Thank you Allison for your great leadership, encouragement, flexibility and question of the day. I'm certain my first CD was a good one but I can't remember what it was. I did discover a Robert Downey Junior CD in my collection that is actually quite good. Have a great day! Janet

Great class, love her workouts and modifications for the different exercises. Every class I have attended has challenge me. I really like that she focuses on good form throughout the workout. Plus another joy is how varied the workouts are arms one day and core or legs the next.

Allison is the best! I love that we take a brief few minutes at the beginning to connect as a group before moving into the challenging and but fun workout. I have some knee issues, so Allison is always sure to show alternative ways of doing various squat/jump exercises to make it easier on the knees but still an effective workout. Love it!!

No refunds if you cancel a booking after the scheduled class start time.
Recordings
Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
