Boot Camp workouts are intentionally designed to build strength and endurance and will leave you feeling stronger, confident and connected.
You will be coached through a dynamic warm up followed by an activation interval set. The main workout varies each class and combines body weight movements, dumbbells, endurance and cardio. Every class ends with stretching and virtual high fives!
I will coach you through each move, encourage you as you work and provide modifications for all movements as needed.
Weights- Dumbbells varied from 8-25 lbs. We can make what you have work!
