AnelsaActive Live Virtual training features total body cardio, high-intensity interval, and strength training using minimal equipment such as 5 & 10-pound dumbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, your bodyweight, or household items if you don't have access to weights!

I will have modifications and progressions to cater to all fitness levels so don't worry!
Every workout we do together will be unique, fun, and challenging at just the right pace! My workouts are designed to help you lose, build, and maintain a healthy body weight. You will also have the opportunity to do Q&As after every live class with Anelsa.

Equipment Needed:
✅5 & 10-pound Dumbbells 
✅Light, Medium & Heavy Resistance Bands
✅Your Bodyweight
✅ Sliders or Paper Plates
✅15-26 Pound Kettle Bell
✅Household Items to use as weights if you don't have any!

I had such an amazing workout. Anelsa is a wonderfully motivating teacher. The 30 minutes went by so fast, but my body felt like jello afterwards!

Zoom class was going in at out making miss part of ur great workout. It throws me off track. Mondays class was GREAT , Wednesday class i could not do at all , Friday it went in and out a little bit. Eisa

As usual, Anelsa delivers an outstanding class! She genuinely cares about her students and sticks around for Q&A afterwards. It felt like we were just hanging out and talking to a long-time friend after a workout....that's not to say her workout was not intense!

Cancel before your scheduled class start time, receive a full refund.
No refunds if you cancel a booking after the scheduled class start time.
Recordings
Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
