AnelsaActive Live Virtual training features total body cardio, high-intensity interval, and strength training using minimal equipment such as 5 & 10-pound dumbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, your bodyweight, or household items if you don't have access to weights!

I will have modifications and progressions to cater to all fitness levels so don't worry!
Every workout we do together will be unique, fun, and challenging at just the right pace! My workouts are designed to help you lose, build, and maintain a healthy body weight. You will also have the opportunity to do Q&As after every live class with Anelsa.

Equipment Needed:
✅5 & 10-pound Dumbbells 
✅Light, Medium & Heavy Resistance Bands
✅Your Bodyweight
✅ Sliders or Paper Plates
✅15-26 Pound Kettle Bell
✅Household Items to use as weights if you don't have any!

The class was amazing! It was my first class and I truly enjoyed myself. However I would like to make the suggestion of having each exercise demonstrated prior to the timer starting, so I could focus on my form and not rush to bet the timer. Lastly the bands took a while to get on and off between exercises so either more transition time or do those exercises back to back.

I enjoyed th class, and I loved the fact that Anelsa did all of the exercises along with us. It was only 30 minutes but I definitely put in some work!

Her class was very effective you could hear her very clear she explained everything she did and at the end of the class she had time for Q&A. SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. I LOVE IT.

This workout was phenomenal. I was not feeling well for a few days and I was scared that I would not be able to keep up, but this leg and core resistant exercise was not difficult to follow, but challenging enough to make me sweat💦💦 and feel the burn🔥🔥.

No refunds if you cancel a booking after the scheduled class start time.
Recordings
Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
