AnelsaActive Live Virtual training features total body cardio, high-intensity interval, and strength training using minimal equipment such as 5 & 10-pound dumbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, your bodyweight, or household items if you don't have access to weights!

I will have modifications and progressions to cater to all fitness levels so don't worry!
Every workout we do together will be unique, fun, and challenging at just the right pace! My workouts are designed to help you lose, build, and maintain a healthy body weight. You will also have the opportunity to do Q&As after every live class with Anelsa.

Equipment Needed:
✅5 & 10-pound Dumbbells 
✅Light, Medium & Heavy Resistance Bands
✅Your Bodyweight
✅ Sliders or Paper Plates
✅15-26 Pound Kettle Bell
✅Household Items to use as weights if you don't have any!

Anelsa, you are such a sweet and gentle spirit. Thank you for serving us with your time, workouts, infectious smile, frequent check ins etc.. the list is endless. I am so glad I came across your instagram and decided to jump on your classes. I enjoy your workouts, and it’s great to have a class with someone who pushes me as hard as I push myself. The best part is that I don’t have to come up with the exercises 😂😂.

Today was my first class and I really did enjoy it. I struggled with weight loss most of my adult life and finally was able to drop the weight. So after I got to a good cute size BOOM BAM me and my husband were expecting a baby. Now I’m trying to get back in the swing of working out and eating better your class was right on time. I stayed and listened to the post workout convo was was truly inspired by you and your followers. So I’ll be back Wednesday and would absolutely love to sign up for the membership!!!

Class was great and challenging.. I worked up a good sweat. It was convient for me to be able to workout in my living room and make no excuses.. The instructor walked you through everything, and motivated you to push yourself. I'm glad I joined...

Cancel before your scheduled class start time, receive a full refund.
No refunds if you cancel a booking after the scheduled class start time.
Recordings
Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
