AnelsaActive Live Virtual training features total body cardio, high-intensity interval, and strength training using minimal equipment such as 5 & 10-pound dumbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, your bodyweight, or household items if you don't have access to weights!

I will have modifications and progressions to cater to all fitness levels so don't worry!
Every workout we do together will be unique, fun, and challenging at just the right pace! My workouts are designed to help you lose, build, and maintain a healthy body weight. You will also have the opportunity to do Q&As after every live class with Anelsa.

Equipment Needed:
✅5 & 10-pound Dumbbells 
✅Light, Medium & Heavy Resistance Bands
✅Your Bodyweight
✅ Sliders or Paper Plates
✅15-26 Pound Kettle Bell
✅Household Items to use as weights if you don't have any!

I have been following on IG for some time now and a recent post you talked about accountability and what it takes to start your journey. I swear you were talking to me, it was that moment that I signed up and I am happy that I have a 'tribe' to workout with and to help me through. My first 'offiical' class was great, I was able to follow along and make it through. Thank you and I am looking forward to the new me!

Enjoyed the class. I felt that burn doing those squats. I like that she gave instructions on how to do each exercise and how you should hold your stomach in. I will take a class again, thanks.

I took my first class with AnelsaActive and I was BEAT!! Lol I enjoyed it because although I was wore out I was able to actually DO the exercises. She gives great direction and encouragement. I usually don’t like the “way to go’s” but I didn’t mind it. She wasn’t overdoing it and I could/can tell she really enjoys what she does. I will be coming back for more!!

Today was my 1st live class w/ Anelsa & she did not disappoint! The workout was challenging, yet doable. Anelsa is an excellent instructor who is motivating & tough when you need it lol. I hope to make this a consistent part of my fitness regimen!

Today’s class not only challenged me but inspired me to return for the next class. It was like a treat to myself another form of self care. This class had a very safe, encouraging and welcoming tone, which allowed me feel comfortable. Thank you for allowing me to join. I can’t wait to see how this space impacts me.
