With 1-1 Virtual Personal Training we will come up with a program specific to your unique body's needs, goals, lifestyle, etc. You chose how frequent you'd like to meet, what times work for your schedule, etc!
In our initial 30 minute consultation we will go over your goals, exercise history, lifestyle, and schedule, as well as determining what the best fit and program for you will be!
