This is a 30 minute abs and stretch class where we focus on really activating and strengthening your core for the first 10 minutes, then move into some deep hip stretching and mobility work. 
This class is perfect for those who work in a primarily sedentary job, as we focus a lot on those hip and posture muscles that get tight from sitting for extended periods of time. 

Its also a killer ab destroyer guaranteed to make your core stronger!
